    I didn't make the shot myself, I used brushes and some photoshop work to create the effect.. You can definitely use it as a background, I have no problem with that. Just let me know how it looks! ;)

    It's smoke brushes from on this site, just look them up.. There won't be a lawsuit, no problem :)
